Returns | Shipping Policy

  • Due to the custom or job specific nature of most of our products you must contact our o1ice to discuss if the item you ordered is returnable. Most all of our items will require a minimum of a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping cost both directions (if returnable). You must contact our office for return authorization before you send an item back.

  • We use a variety of companies to ship our products depending on size and destination. Most of our larger items (Portable Baptistries, Wooden Pulpits, Communion Tables, Minister's Chairs, etc.) will be shipped using a dedicated hot shot carrier. 

  • Lift-gate service is available on larger items if desired at additional cost.
